You don’t need more skills. You need better positioning.
MORE SKILLS WON'T FIX BAD POSITIONING
The default advice is always the same:
“Learn more.”
“Upskill.”
“Take another course.”

They can do things.
But:
it’s not clear what exactly
it’s not communicated well
it’s not differentiated
So they stay invisible.

Without this, skills stay unused.
